How does generation work?
You pick a starting point and Saynovo builds the site. Connect your Google Business Profile and it reads your public business details - name, address, hours, services, photos, and reviews - or start from a full-site template, or from scratch by typing your details in. Either way you get a finished, agency-quality website: real code that we host and maintain for you, not a drag-and-drop template. Every account gets one generation free on any of those paths, and the site goes live free on a saynovo.com link. A subscription is what adds your own domain, removes the Saynovo badge, and unlocks AI edits and further generations.
I do not have a Google Business Profile. Can I still build a site?
Yes, and it still counts as your free first site. All three starting points qualify: import a Google Business Profile, begin from a full-site template, or start from scratch and type in your own details. The finished site is the same either way - a Google profile simply saves you the typing and brings your reviews, photos and hours across. You can connect one later if you create it. See your options
What are AI edits?
Talking to your site to change it is what an active subscription unlocks, and each applied change uses one AI edit from that plan's monthly allowance. Bigger changes can use a little more, smaller ones less. Editing by hand - typing over text, swapping a photo, changing a color, moving a section - is free on every plan, including the free one. Reading your site, previewing, and undoing changes are always free too: only applied AI edits count. See your plan and remaining AI edits
How does publishing and SSL work?
When you are happy with your site, you publish it on your own custom domain. Saynovo provisions and renews the SSL certificate for you, so your site is served securely over https with no setup on your part. How do I delete my data?
You are in control. From your account settings you can disconnect your Google Business Profile (which revokes access and purges the data drawn from it) or delete your account and all of your data entirely. See the privacy policy for exactly what is removed and how quickly.
