Every meaningful update to Saynovo, in plain words: what changed, what it does for you, and how to use it.
September 2026
-
Your website is ready to review. Publish it free on a Saynovo address whenever you are ready. No card required. You control when your website is live. Take it offline or publish again from the editor at any time.
How to use it
- Review your website.
- Publish free.
- Connect your domain (optional). Domain registration is purchased separately. Your free Saynovo address does not need a subscription.
August 2026
-
You no longer have to sit and watch the progress screen while your website is built. Start it, close the tab, and we will email you the moment it is done - or if something went wrong. And if our AI has a hiccup mid-build, your website is no longer thrown away: we hold your place, keep everything built so far, and carry on by ourselves as soon as it is back.
How to use it
- Start a website as usual, then close the tab if you like.
- Watch for our email - it links straight to your new website.
- If you stay on the page, it will tell you when it is waiting on us.
-
You can now unpublish any website, including one on your own domain. Unpublishing hides it from visitors while you keep editing in private; your domain stays connected, and pressing Publish puts the site back up at the same address. Also new: disconnecting a domain no longer takes your site offline - it simply moves back to its free saynovo.com address until you connect another one.
How to use it
- On your dashboard, open the three-dot menu on a website and choose Unpublish site.
- Or in the editor, press Take down next to View live site.
- Press Publish whenever you want the site back up - same address, no records to redo.
-
Paid websites now carry a small, tasteful 'Website by Saynovo' line at the very bottom of the page - and it is entirely your choice: a new switch on your dashboard turns it off or on any time, and the change shows on your live site right away. Free websites keep their Made with say.novo badge, refreshed with a cleaner look.
How to use it
- On your dashboard, click a website's name to expand its card.
- Find the Saynovo credit row and flip the switch off or on.
- The footer updates on the next visit - nothing to republish.
-
Click a section and open the design panel: you now see the actual photo that section is using, right there, with buttons to change it or take it away. The chooser also has a new Business photos tab holding every picture that came in from your Google Business Profile, so a shot you liked is always one click away instead of gone for good. Underneath the photo you can set how it sits in the frame - which part stays visible, whether it fills the frame or shows the whole picture, how dark it is behind your words, and how far it is zoomed in. You can also just click the photo on the page to change it.
How to use it
- Click a section on the page, then open the design panel on the right.
- Under Photo, press Change photo and pick one - your business photos, your own uploads, or a free photo.
- Use Focal point, Darken photo and the rest to set how it sits in the frame.
- Or say it: try "darken the hero photo" or "the sign is cut off at the top".
-
New websites come with your phone, email, hours and the areas you serve - and no form in the way. When you want people to be able to write to you, add the free Contact Form app and the form appears just above your contact details. Every enquiry someone sends is emailed to you AND kept in your dashboard, so nothing is lost if an email goes astray. You pick which address they go to, and you can say what the form should ask for. If your site already has a form, it keeps working exactly as it is.
How to use it
- Open Apps in your dashboard and add Contact Form (it is free on every plan).
- Open it to read your enquiries, and to set where new ones are emailed.
- In the editor, say things like "ask for the roof age" or "call the button Get my quote" to change the form.
-
When you ask for something Saynovo cannot possibly know - your Instagram page, your phone number, your opening hours - Novo now asks you for it instead of guessing. Say "add my social media links" and a small box appears with a space for each network you use. Fill in the ones you have and your links show up in your website footer as tidy icons, coloured to match your own design rather than eight clashing logos. You can also show them in your top menu. Asking costs nothing, and adding your social links, phone, email, address or opening hours does not use any of your AI edits.
How to use it
- In the editor, type or say what you want to add, for example "add my social media links" or "add my phone number".
- A small box appears under the say bar. Fill in the details, and tap the buttons underneath to add more networks such as YouTube or TikTok.
- Press Add them. Your icons appear in your footer straight away, and you can tick "Also show them in the header" to put them in your top menu too.
-
Click your logo in the editor and the design panel now gives you everything about it in one place: its size (small, medium, large or extra large), whether it sits in a box, the shape of that box, and its colour. Sizing is brand new - until now there was no way to make your logo bigger or smaller at all. All of it is free and instant, and it works the same whether your logo is one of ours or a picture you uploaded.
How to use it
- Click your logo at the top of your website in the editor.
- In the Design panel on the right, open Brand and pick a Logo size, Logo shape, Logo style or Logo colour.
- Or just say "make the logo bigger" in the say bar - that is free now too.

Before, adding something like Booking to your page could leave you looking at a heading and a line of text with nothing underneath, and nothing on screen told you why. Now, when you add an app that still needs a few details from you, a short panel opens beside your page and asks for them one at a time. For Booking that means turning the app on, naming the jobs people can book and how long each one takes, choosing the hours you want bookings in, and confirming your time zone and where new bookings should be emailed. If you would rather do it later, close the panel: a Finish setup button stays on the section, so you can pick it up any time. And if a section is not going to show on your live site yet, it now says so instead of quietly leaving it out.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor and add Booking from the + Add menu.
- Answer the few questions in the panel that opens on the right.
- Not ready? Close it, then click Finish setup on the section whenever you want to carry on.
-
On a computer, clicking any part of your website in the editor now opens the design panel already set to that exact thing, so its size, colour and style options are right there. Click an empty spot and the panel tucks itself away again. If you opened the panel yourself, it stays put until you close it.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor on a computer.
- Click a heading, photo or button. Its design options appear on the right.
- Click an empty spot to put the panel away again.
-
The design panel is now split into clearly named sections - Text, Color, Layout, Spacing, Border, Effects - so you can go straight to the one you want instead of hunting through tabs. It also only shows options that apply to what you picked: click a photo and you get its size, rounding and border, with no text options cluttering the list. Sections remember whether you left them open.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor and click anything on the page.
- The panel on the right lists sections. Click a section name to open or close it.
- Open Show more inside a section when you want exact numbers rather than the quick choices.
-
Until now the colour rows in the design panel offered a handful of your site's own colours and nothing else, so there was no way to ask for an exact shade - and on some headings the colour you picked did not show up at all. Both are fixed. Every colour row now opens a proper colour picker: drag around the square to find the shade you want, or type a colour code straight in. It tells you as you go whether the colour will be hard to read against what sits behind it, without ever stopping you. And you can save a colour to your site, so putting the same one on the next heading, button or panel is a single click. The colours already on your website have not moved - they are still the first row you see.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor and open the design panel.
- Click the small colour square on any colour row to open the picker.
- Drag to choose a shade or type a code, then press + to save it for reuse.
-
Until now, every change you made showed up on your live website straight away. Now your website waits for you. You can rewrite a whole page, try a new headline, or leave something half finished, and visitors keep seeing the version you last published. When you are happy, press Publish and it all goes live at once. Saynovo also keeps a copy of every version you publish, so if you change your mind you can put an earlier one back. Free accounts keep the last 5 versions for 30 days; on a paid plan it is the last 30 versions for a year.
How to use it
- Edit your site as usual. While you have changes waiting, the editor shows an Unpublished changes label at the top.
- Check how it looks, then press Publish changes when you are ready for visitors to see it.
- To go back to an earlier version, open Published versions in the history panel and choose Put this version back, then press Publish.
-
You could already talk to your website to change what it says. Now you can talk to it about how one particular thing looks. Click a heading, a paragraph, a price or a button, then say what you want: bigger, bolder, more space around it, a softer colour. Before this, asking about one specific element was the one thing you had to do by hand in the design panel. It still keeps its judgement about the rest of your site: if what you asked for is really a change to a whole section, it makes that change instead, so your site stays consistent rather than collecting one-off tweaks that quietly fight each other later.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor and click the thing you want to change.
- Say or type how it should look, for example 'make this bigger and bolder'.
- Not happy with it? Undo puts it straight back.
-
When you drag a text box, a photo or a button onto your page, the outline you see while dragging is now exactly where the thing will go, at the size it will be. Before, the outline sat at the top of the band while the element landed under your cursor, so things often ended up on top of your heading. Dropping just above your first section now puts the new section at the top, instead of at the very bottom of the page. The colours in the design panel are also real colours now: Text colour and Background used to show a row of blank circles, so there was no way to tell them apart. Each circle shows its actual colour, and the first one is marked as "the design's own choice" rather than looking like white.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor
- Drag Text from the left rail onto a section and watch the outline follow your cursor
- Let go where you want it
- Click the element and open the design panel to pick a Text colour
-
Every app on your site now has a Remove button, on the app's card and in the "On this site" strip. Before, there was no way to take an app off a site once you had added it. Removing asks you to confirm first, names the site it is coming off, and tells you plainly that whatever the app puts on your live site stops showing straight away. For a paid app, removing it is also what stops the monthly charge. You can add it back any time, and your settings are kept. One important note if you use Member Accounts: your members-only pages stay private when you remove it. They do not become public. They stay hidden until you add the app back, so nothing you meant to keep behind a sign-in is ever exposed by accident.
How to use it
- Open Apps in your dashboard and pick the site at the top.
- Find the app, on its card or in the "On this site" strip, and choose Remove.
- Read what it tells you, then confirm. Add it back any time and your settings are still there.
-
Right-click any part of your site and a menu now opens for exactly that thing. It names what you clicked, so you always know what you are about to change. Edit opens the design panel for that piece. Change the words puts the cursor straight into the text. Make a copy duplicates one card or one element, not the whole band. Delete removes only the thing you picked, and it says what it will remove, so you never delete a whole section by accident. Your logo, your header and your footer all work too, which they did not before. Underneath, your section actions are still there in their own group. On a phone, press and hold instead of right-clicking. Everything in the menu is free and none of it uses an AI edit, and Ctrl+Z puts anything back.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor
- Right-click a heading, a photo, a card or your logo
- Pick Edit to open the design panel for it, or Change the words to retype it
- On a phone, press and hold the thing instead
-
The AI edits box on your dashboard now leads with what you have LEFT, instead of making you work it out from what you have used. It warns you while you still have room to plan, in words as well as colour, and tells you in plain language what happens when you reach the end: on a paid plan you can keep going and the extra is billed as you use it, on the free plan editing waits until you upgrade or buy a pack. When you are running low there is now a button right there to get more, and a new link to see exactly what your edits went on.
How to use it
- Open your dashboard and scroll to the AI edits box
- The big number is how many AI edits you have left
- Click See what used them to see your edit history
- Click Get more AI edits if you are running low
-
The bar that shows your AI edits used to fill up as you worked, which meant a full bar was your cue to stop. Now it works the way a fuel gauge does: it starts full at the beginning of each billing cycle and empties as you use your edits, and the words underneath count down too, so you can see at a glance how much you have left rather than working it out.
How to use it
- Open your dashboard and look at the AI edits card: the bar is full at the start of each cycle
- It empties as you make AI edits, and turns amber and then red as you get close to the end
- The same bar is in your billing screen and next to the box where you talk to your site
-
The design panel can now restyle your entire site, not just one piece of it. Pick a Site look to change how polished, bold, sharp or warm the whole page feels. Pick a Colour set and all four of your colours change together, as one step you can undo in one press. Pick your Fonts from a short list of hand-picked pairs. You can also choose how your logo is shown - icon and name, initials, name only - and how your reviews and your questions section are laid out. If you have been clicking single words and paragraphs to style them, there is a lot more to work with too: capitals, italic, underline, see-through, borders and a maximum width, plus a Reset this element button that puts one thing back exactly how it was. All of it is free and none of it uses an AI edit.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor
- Open the design panel and click nothing on the page, so it shows your whole site
- Try Site look, then Colour set, then Fonts
- Click a heading or a paragraph to style just that, and use Reset this element to undo it
-
Before, a website that was still being built could not be deleted: you had to wait for the build to finish, and if it was stuck on Generating you were stuck with it. Now you can delete any website at any time. Saynovo stops the build for you, puts the generation fee back on your balance and removes the website and everything on it. You can do it from your list of websites, or from the build screen itself while you are watching it being made.
How to use it
- On your Sites page, open the three-dot menu on the website and choose Delete this site
- Or, while a website is being built, use Delete this website under the progress bar
- Type the website name to confirm, then choose Delete website
-
Putting your websites in order is now something you can watch happen. Pick up a website by its handle and it lifts and follows your finger or mouse, while the other websites slide out of the way to show you exactly where it will land. Let go and it stays there. It works on a phone or tablet now too, which it did not before, so you can tidy your list from anywhere.
How to use it
- On your Sites page, press and hold the handle on the left of a website
- Drag it up or down; the other websites move aside to show where it will go
- Let go to drop it there. Using a keyboard? Tab to the handle and press the up or down arrow keys
-
If your business name is long, the links across the top of your site could break onto a second line and the header looked wrong - and asking the editor to fix it did not work, because it had no way to change how the header behaves. Now it does. Ask for a header that works on every screen size and the menu tucks itself into the button with three lines sooner, so the top of your site stays one tidy row on laptops, tablets and phones. New sites with long names are set up this way from the start.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor
- Type or say: make the header work on every screen size
- Or open the design panel and set Menu folds at to Laptop and below
- Switch the preview to tablet and phone to see it
-
Asking for a change used to lock the box you type in until it finished, so you sat and waited - and if you closed the tab, you had no idea whether it worked. Now you ask, and you carry straight on. Say the next thing while the first one is still going: your requests line up and run one after another, in the order you said them, so each one builds on the last. A Working list shows what is happening to each one, how far along it is, roughly how long is left, and where it is in the queue - with a stop button if you change your mind. Best of all, it all keeps running on our side. Close the page, shut your laptop, come back tomorrow on your phone: your changes carry on without you, and the list is still there when you return.
How to use it
- Say what you want changed, then just keep typing the next one - no waiting
- Watch the Working list on the right to see what is happening to each change
- Press the x on any row to stop a change you did not mean to ask for
- Close the page whenever you like - your changes keep running and will be waiting
-
We now call everything an app - one word instead of the mix of widgets, add-ons and sections you used to have to keep straight. Finding one used to mean knowing which screen it lived on: bookings and chat were in Apps, while reviews, FAQs and contact buttons were only in the editor behind a different button. Now there is one list. It is grouped by what you are trying to do - get enquiries, book and get paid, look professional - instead of by what it costs, every app shows a small picture of the shape it makes on your page, and the price sits on the card so you know before you click. Anything your plan does not include says so up front instead of letting you pick it and then refusing. And when you set up your booking app you now watch it change as you change it.
How to use it
- Open Apps from the top menu to see every app in one list
- Use the buttons along the top to narrow it to what you want to achieve
- Open an app and try the looks - the preview updates as you pick
-
Adding something to your site used to drop it at the bottom of a section, and text dropped onto a photo section turned into a card you did not ask for. Now anything you add lands where you drop it, you can drag it somewhere else at any time, and you can pull its edges to resize it. Every one of these changes is free and undoable.
How to use it
- Drag Text, Image or Button from the Add rail on the left into any section: a teal line shows where it will land
- Click it once to select it, then drag it to move it, even into a different section
- Pull the small squares on its edges to make it wider or taller
- Click it a second time to type straight into it
-
Your edit history already told you what changed on your website. Now it also shows what you said to make it happen, in your own words, in quotes just underneath. If a change did not come out the way you pictured it, you can see at a glance what was actually asked for and try again with different wording.
How to use it
- Open your website in the editor
- Find Edit history in the panel on the right
- Your own words appear in quotes under each change you asked for
-
The design panel used to change a whole section at once, so there was no way to make just one heading bigger. Select any single piece of your site and the panel now shows that element on its own: one-tap choices for size, weight, alignment and colour, with an Advanced section underneath for exact sizes, colours and spacing if you want them. It is all free and undoable.
How to use it
- Click any heading, paragraph, button or photo on your site
- In the panel on the right, look for This element and pick a size, weight, alignment or colour
- Open Advanced under any group to set an exact size, colour or spacing on each side
- Switch the preview to phone or tablet first to change it only there
-
Your dashboard showed one Activity box for one website, and if you own several there was no way to see the numbers for the others. Now every published website has its own Activity section inside its row: form messages, popup sign-ups, taps on your call and WhatsApp buttons, chats started and appointments booked over the last 30 days, plus a small bar chart of the last month so you can see busy days at a glance. Each set of numbers sits inside the website it belongs to, so there is never any doubt which business you are looking at.
How to use it
- On your dashboard, click a website to open its row
- Scroll to Activity to see its last 30 days
- Open another website to compare - each one keeps its own numbers
-
If you are on a paid plan there is now a chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard, sitting just above the Report an issue button. Tap it, type what you need and send it: no form to fill in and no subject line to write, and it goes straight to a real person on the Saynovo team instead of an automatic answer. You can keep several conversations going at once, and a dot appears on the bubble when someone has replied. Everything you send is still on your Support page if you want to read the whole history later.
How to use it
- Tap the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of your dashboard, then New conversation
- Type what you need and tap Start conversation
- Come back any time: a dot on the bubble means someone has replied
- Open Support from your account menu for the full history
-
While your website is being created you can now stop it, and it stops straight away instead of finishing first. If you picked the wrong business, or changed your mind, nothing more is created and the generation fee goes back to your account. Afterwards the editor shows an empty website with two choices: build it again from the details we already have, or choose a different business for this same website. Choosing a different business keeps the same website, so any domain you connected stays where it is.
How to use it
- While your website is building, choose Stop the build
- Then pick Start generation again, or Choose a different business
- Your website address and any connected domain stay the same either way
-
If you have more than one website, your dashboard used to show one of them in full and list the rest with only a View link, and the editor always opened whichever one you changed most recently. Now every website you own gets its own row you can open and close, with the same buttons on each - so you can open the editor, rename or delete any of them straight from the dashboard. Drag a row by its handle to put your websites in the order you want, and that order is saved to your account. Inside the editor, your website name at the top is now a menu - tap it to jump to another one without going back.
How to use it
- On your dashboard, click a website to open it, then press Open editor
- Drag the handle on the left of a row to move a website up or down the list
- Inside the editor, tap the website name at the top to switch to another one
-
Sites used to share a small set of stock colour schemes, so two very different businesses could end up looking alike. Now the colours are chosen for you: we look at what you do, where you are and the photos on your site, then pick a shade for your headers and buttons, a background with some warmth to it, and one accent colour for the parts that should stand out. A tyre shop and a day spa will not come out looking the same. Every combination is checked so your text stays easy to read. If you would rather pick yourself, you still can - open Design and change any colour, free.
How to use it
- Create a new site and watch for Choosing your colours while it builds
- Open Design in the editor to see the colours we chose
- Tap any colour to change it yourself - that is always free
-
Before, some wordings you typed into the Say it box were handled without AI and shown as free, while others cost an AI edit - and there was no way to tell which you would get. Now it is simple: anything you say or type in that box is an AI edit, so it understands what you mean however you phrase it. Changing things by hand is still free and unlimited - use Design for colours and fonts, tap any part of the page to edit it in the side panel, or drag sections to reorder them. The one-tap suggestions Novo offers you are still free too.
How to use it
- Say or type a change in the Say it box - it now always uses AI
- For free changes, tap the part of the page you want and use the side panel
- Open Design for colours, fonts and layout, or tap a Novo suggestion
-
When you select something on your page and ask for a design change, Saynovo now shows the AI what you are looking at: a snapshot of the selected area, where it sits on the page, which device view you are in, and your site's exact colors and fonts. Design edits land where you meant them and match your look much more reliably - nothing extra to set up, and it costs the same as before.
How to use it
- Click or drag to select the part of your page you want to change
- Say what you want, like "make this feel more premium"
- The AI sees your selection and your style, and applies the change to exactly that spot
-
While we build your site you now see how much longer it will take, measured from real builds - and if one is slower than usual we say so plainly. The screen fills with proof instead of a blank wait: what we found about your business, the photos we picked, and your page outline appearing as it is written. Every step is narrated in your language, right down to each section as it is designed, so it never looks stuck. You can close the page and come back - your site keeps building - and if you picked the wrong business you can stop and start over.
How to use it
- Start a new site and watch the progress screen
- Check the time estimate and the details we found while you wait
- Close the tab if you like, or hit Start over if the business is wrong
-
Growing your site just got faster. Sections that hold cards (services, menu dishes, FAQs, reviews, team members and more) now show a + Card button - one click adds a new card and opens it for typing. You can copy a whole section with Ctrl+C and paste it anywhere with Ctrl+V, even on another page. And the editor now speaks keyboard: Delete removes what you selected, Ctrl+D duplicates a section, Ctrl+I opens the design panel, and Ctrl+/ shows the full shortcut list. Everything is undoable with Ctrl+Z.
How to use it
- Hover a section and click + Card to add a new service, dish, or question
- Select a section, press Ctrl+C, switch pages if you like, then Ctrl+V to paste it
- Press Ctrl+/ in the editor to see every keyboard shortcut
-
Your site's custom-designed sections are now fully clickable in the editor: hover any text to see it highlight, click to select it (or drag across several), then tell the AI what to change - just like the rest of your site. Clicking anywhere in a custom section selects it instead of doing nothing. We also fixed a case where a hero photo could appear broken after generation, and the header now shows your logo once - if your logo already contains your business name, the duplicate text next to it is hidden automatically.
How to use it
- Open the editor and hover over any text in a custom-designed section - it highlights
- Click to select it, or double-click to type your change directly
- With something selected, use the Say it box to describe bigger changes
-
A new Add rail sits beside your site in the editor with ready-to-drop building blocks: text, image, button, video, and the full section library. Drag one onto the page - valid spots light up as you move (drop into a section to add a card or button there, or between sections to add a whole new block). Prefer tapping? Tap a block, then tap a highlighted section. On phones that tap-to-place flow is the default. Every drop is free and instantly undoable.
How to use it
- In the editor, find the Add rail on the left edge of the canvas
- Drag Text, Image, Button, or Video onto the page and drop it where it lights up
- Or tap a block first, then tap a highlighted section to place it
-
The build screen now shows a live activity feed while Saynovo creates your website: reading your business details, looking at your current site, choosing your best photos, writing your pages, designing your custom sections, and building your preview. The progress bar also moves smoothly from the first second instead of pausing partway, and it now finishes cleanly with the final build step before your preview opens.
How to use it
- Start a new site from your Google listing, a template, or from scratch
- Watch the activity box under the progress bar to see exactly what is happening
- When the last step finishes, your preview opens by itself
-
At the bottom of your page in the editor you may now see up to two smart suggestions - like "Add an FAQ" for a roofer or "Add a menu section" for a restaurant. They come from what businesses like yours actually need, and only appear when your site genuinely lacks that section (and has the details to back it). One click adds the section, ready to edit; a small x dismisses a suggestion you do not want.
How to use it
- Scroll to the bottom of your page in the editor
- Click a suggestion chip to add that section instantly - it is free and undoable
- Dismiss any suggestion with the x and it stays gone
-
The design panel now has three clear tabs - Content, Style, and Layout. On the new Style tab you can give any section its own look without breaking your theme: switch its accent between your brand colors, make headings bigger or smaller, change their weight or typeface, resize body text, and pick entrance animations. Every choice comes from your site's own design system, so sections always stay on-brand - and a Default chip puts everything back the way it was.
How to use it
- Select a section in the editor and open the design panel (Ctrl+I)
- Pick the Style tab to change colors, heading size and weight, or motion
- Choose Default on any control to reset it to your theme
-
Saynovo now studies what your business actually is before designing your site, so a psychology practice gets a calm counseling look instead of a medical clinic one, and a restaurant never shows its business category as a dish. Photo picks got smarter too: flyers and posters stay out of your gallery, photo captions describe what each picture really shows, and your opening hours display as one clean line like 'Daily 11:30-20:30' instead of a long list.
How to use it
- Create a new site from your Google listing - the design and wording now follow your exact business type
- Check your gallery: only real photos appear, each with a caption that matches the picture
- Look at your contact section - identical daily hours now show as one short line
-
Everything in Saynovo is now priced in plain AI edits - no fractions, no fine print. Every AI action costs at least 1 AI edit and bigger jobs cost a few more, so your usage history and balance always show clean whole numbers. Generating an image now counts as exactly 1 AI edit, and if you had a partial edit left over on your balance, we rounded it up in your favor.
How to use it
- Open your dashboard meter to see your balance in whole AI edits
- Check Usage history - every line now shows a simple whole-edit amount
- Your plan allowance is unchanged: the same number of AI edits per month as before

Every starter template now has a full-page preview: tap the eye icon on a template card to browse the complete site it produces. And templates are no longer tied to their trade - pick the look you love, then import your details from your Google Business Profile (or type them in) and your site is built in that exact design, whatever your industry.
How to use it
- Open Templates from your dashboard and tap the eye icon on any card to see the full site
- On the preview, choose Use this template, or Use with my Google listing to import your details
- Import from Google or fill in the form - the design stays exactly as previewed
- Your first site build is free; we ask you to confirm before it is used
-
This updates page is easier to skim now. Each update starts folded to a single line - its title, date and a New or Improved label - so you can scan the whole list at a glance, then tap any one to read the details and the how-to steps. Updates are grouped by month, and you can filter to just new features or just improvements.
How to use it
- Open What's new from your dashboard menu
- Tap any update to open it and read the full details
- Use the All, New and Improved buttons at the top to filter the list
-
The Apps page now puts your own apps first. An 'On this site' list at the top shows everything already running on your site, each with one Manage button to jump straight back in. Below it, you can search the whole catalog, filter by what you want to get done - get more leads, book jobs, stay in front of customers - and switch to installed apps only. Apps still on the roadmap are tucked away at the bottom so what works today stands out.
How to use it
- Open Apps in your dashboard - your installed apps are listed right at the top
- Click Manage on any of them to jump straight into that tool
- Use the search box or the goal filters to find your next app
- Turn on 'Installed only' to see just what is on your site
-
New sites now get a full custom design: every section, plus the header and footer, is styled uniquely for your business - like work from a design agency, not a template. In the editor, saying 'redesign this section' on High gives that section a brand-new look, and saying 'redesign the whole site' rebuilds the entire design in one go (you see the cost first, and one Undo brings everything back). Prefer hands-on control? Sections like Services, About, and Gallery now have layout choices you can switch between in the Design panel, free and instant.
How to use it
- Say 'redesign the whole site' in the editor with High selected to get a fresh design
- Select a section and say 'redesign this' for a one-section makeover
- Pick a section and open the Design panel to switch its layout for free
-
The new Custom Embed app lets you drop almost anything onto your website. Paste a link from YouTube, Google Maps, Calendly, Vimeo or Spotify and it appears as a clean, safe frame that matches your page. You can even embed any other web page - visitors see a preview card and load it with one click. Choose the size and shape that fits, or simply say it: 'embed my Calendly link'.
How to use it
- Open your editor and add an Embed section, or install the Custom Embed app from Apps
- Copy the share link from YouTube, Google Maps, Calendly or any page
- Paste it into the Embed panel - we recognize it and place it instantly
- Or just say it in the editor: 'embed https://...' and it lands on your page
-
Your FAQ section got a cleaner look: questions now show as tappable rows that expand to reveal the answer, with the first one open. It is easier to scan, especially on phones, and search engines still read every answer. Prefer the old flat list? Just say 'show my faq as a list' - or try 'two column faq' for wide pages.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor - FAQ sections use the new accordion automatically
- Say 'faq as a list' to switch back to the flat layout, or 'two column faq' for two columns
- Click any question or answer to edit it, same as before
-
Apps are now easy to discover while you edit. The ? menu has a new Apps on your page group - embeds, popups, quote form fields, review carousels, the chat bubble, FAQ accordion and YouTube galleries - each one ready to run with a tap. The + Add panel has an Apps group too, the welcome tour now introduces them, and unfinished app sections show a button that opens the right setup panel directly.
How to use it
- In the editor, tap the ? button next to Say it and open the new Apps on your page group - or search for words like popup, embed or carousel
- Tap + Add and look for the Apps cards to drop one on your page
- On an unfinished embed, form or video section, use the button on the card to open its setup panel
-
Your website's quote-request form is no longer fixed. You can now add your own questions - short answers, dropdowns, checkboxes, dates, and more - rename them, mark them required, and reorder them. Every answer lands in your Lead Inbox. You can also switch on an automatic thank-you email so people who reach out get an instant confirmation. And as always, you can just say it: try 'add a field asking for roof age' in the editor.
How to use it
- In the editor, click your quote form section and open its settings to see the new Form fields panel
- Add, rename, reorder, or remove questions - dropdowns can have their own list of options
- Or just say it: 'add a dropdown called Service type'
- Turn on the automatic thank-you email under the form's settings
-
The editor now fits your phone like an app. Your site preview stays on screen and scrolls on its own, the say bar is always within thumb's reach, and the top bar is a single tidy row. Your suggestion ideas and edit history now live in a new 'Ideas & history' panel that slides up from the bottom - tap it open, pick an idea or undo a change, and keep watching your site the whole time.
How to use it
- Open your editor on your phone - the preview now fills the screen and scrolls inside its own window
- Tap 'Ideas & history' just above the say bar to see suggestions, past edits, and your live-site links
- Tap anywhere outside the panel to close it and keep editing
-
Your site can now run promotions by itself. Add a slim announcement bar across the top - free on every site - or a polite popup with a countdown timer, a button, and an optional name-and-email form that sends signups straight to your leads. Set a start and end date and it turns itself on and off; frequency caps make sure visitors are never nagged. As always, you can just say it: 'announce 20% off inspections until Friday'.
How to use it
- In the editor, open the What can I do menu and choose Announce a sale or offer
- Add an announcement bar or a popup and write your offer
- Add a countdown, a button, a schedule, or the name-and-email form
- Flip it on - it starts, ends and hides itself on schedule
-
Reviews on your site can now look the way you want: a card grid, a swipeable carousel, a simple list, or a compact rating badge. You can show only your best reviews ('only show 5-star reviews'), add a 'Leave us a review' button that takes customers straight to your Google review form, and turn on a short AI-written summary of what customers consistently praise - built only from your real reviews.
How to use it
- Open your editor and click your reviews section
- Say it: 'make my reviews a carousel' or 'only show 5-star reviews'
- Say 'show the review summary' to add the AI summary card
- The 'Leave us a review' button appears automatically when your Google listing is connected
-
Sites built from your Google Business Profile just got a big glow-up. Your site now opens with one of your real Google photos as the big header image, and the photo gallery picks a varied set instead of just the first few. If you run a restaurant, cafe, or other food business, the buttons and wording now fit - 'Book a table' and 'View the menu' instead of 'Get a free quote'. And when we borrow colors from your existing website, we now apply them tastefully so your pages stay easy to read.
How to use it
- Build a new site from your Google Business Profile to see the new look
- Add or update photos on your Google profile - the best ones are used automatically
- Want a different header photo? Just say it in the editor
-
The new Social Feeds app puts a video gallery on your website that stays current on its own. Connect your YouTube channel once (just paste your channel link or @handle) and your newest uploads appear in a clean grid - refreshed every day, no embed codes, no copying links for every new video. Videos load as fast thumbnails and only play when a visitor clicks, so your pages stay quick.
How to use it
- Open Apps, choose Social Feeds, and paste your YouTube channel link or @handle
- Confirm your channel and press connect - your videos sync right away
- Click 'Add a video gallery section' or say it in the editor: 'put my videos above the reviews'
-
Your dashboard now shows an App activity card: how many form submissions, popup leads, contact button taps, chats and bookings your published site brought in over the last 30 days. Simple counts only - your visitors are never tracked. You can also find every app in one place on the Apps page.
How to use it
- Open your dashboard - the App activity card appears once your site is published
- Check the last-30-days counts for forms, popups, contact buttons, chat and bookings
- Want more of those numbers? Open Apps to add more
-
There is a new public showcase of the apps that come with your site: online booking, AI chat, contact forms, custom embeds, and Google reviews. Each page has a live demo you can click around - book a sample appointment, chat with the sample assistant - plus plain answers about what it does and what it costs. Great for showing a partner or your team what your website can do before you turn something on.
How to use it
- Visit saynovo.com/apps to see all the apps
- Open an app page and try the live demo - nothing you do there is saved
- When you want one on your site, turn it on from Apps in your dashboard
-
When people ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity for a business like yours, those assistants look for a machine-readable summary of what you do. Every published Saynovo site now serves one automatically - your services, area, hours and contact details, taken straight from your site. Nothing to set up, and it updates whenever your site does.
How to use it
- Open Apps in your dashboard and look for AI Visibility - it is already on
- Open it to see exactly what AI assistants can read about your business
- Publish or update your site and the summary updates with it
- Prefer to opt out? Remove it for any site from the same page - and turn it back on any time
-
The AI edits card on your dashboard now tells the two kinds of edits apart properly. Your plan's monthly edits reset every billing cycle, as before. Extra edits you buy work differently: they have no monthly limit, they never reset, and they stay valid for a full year from purchase - and buying another pack extends everything you have to a year from that new purchase. The card now says exactly that, along with the total you can spend right now.
How to use it
- Open your Dashboard and find the AI edits card
- The top meter shows your monthly plan edits and when they reset
- Below it, purchased edits show as a simple count - no monthly limit, yours for a year
-
The image tool's Generate tab now works: describe any photo ('our crew replacing a roof at sunset') and the AI creates a custom, on-brand image stored on your site - no stock photo needed and no attribution required. The logo studio renders two logo options per run so you can pick your favorite. You always see the exact price in AI edits before you click Generate - about 0.7 AI edits per image.
How to use it
- In the editor, open the image tool and pick the Generate tab
- Describe the image you want and check the AI-edit price shown below the button
- Click Generate - the image lands on your site, yours to keep
-
Finding photos for your website now costs nothing at all, on every plan. Searching the free photo library was already free; now the 'Let Saynovo choose' button - where the AI picks the best on-brand photo for a spot - is free too and never uses your AI edits. Search, pick, and place as many photos as you like.
How to use it
- In the editor, ask for a photo or open the image tool
- Search the free photo library, or press 'Let Saynovo choose'
- Place the photo - none of this uses your AI edits
-
Your Business Profile page now has a 'Refresh reviews from Google' button that pulls in your newest Google reviews and shows them on your website right away. Prefer hands-off? Turn on 'Keep reviews updated automatically' and we check Google once a day for you. Reviews you typed in yourself are never removed.
How to use it
- Open your Dashboard and go to Profile
- Scroll to Reviews and click 'Refresh reviews from Google'
- Or turn on 'Keep reviews updated automatically' to let us do it daily
-
The top of your website no longer shows the same star badge as everyone else. It now leads with the proof that wins in your specific trade - your license and certifications for a contractor, your years in business, and your Google rating when it is strong - in the order customers in your industry care about most. Nothing is ever made up: only the real facts from your profile are shown, and the same fact is never repeated twice.
How to use it
- Generate or regenerate your website to see the new homepage top
- It highlights the credentials that matter most for your trade first
- Want a different one out front? Just tell the editor, for example 'show my license'
-
When you import an existing website and we cannot rebuild it automatically, the page now lists exactly what we could not find - like business hours, a service list, or contact details - instead of just saying our team will take over. You know what is happening and why.
How to use it
- Import a website from a file or address as usual
- If it needs a hand from our team, the page now lists what we could not find
- Our team still finishes the build for you either way
-
You can now change your website's name right from the dashboard. Click the small pencil next to the name, type the new one, and save. Your web address stays exactly the same - only the name changes.
How to use it
- Open your Dashboard
- Click the pencil next to your website's name
- Type the new name and press Save
-
You can now connect a domain you own (like yourbusiness.com) to your Saynovo website. Add two simple records where you bought your domain, and we take care of the rest - including the secure padlock (HTTPS). Once the records are verified, your site goes live on your own address automatically.
How to use it
- Open Dashboard and go to Domain
- Enter the domain you own and follow the two records shown
- Add those records where you bought your domain - we verify them and switch your site over automatically
-
We removed the confusing 'edit tokens' unit. Your plan allowance, top-up packs, usage history, and the editor's cost preview now all speak one simple unit: AI edits. Bigger changes can use a little more of your allowance and smaller ones less, so you may see amounts like 1.5. Your balance and prices have not changed - only how they are displayed.
How to use it
- Open Dashboard > Billing to see your plan and balance in AI edits
- Usage history now shows what each change used, with a plain description
- Top-up packs are now labeled by how many AI edits they add
-
You can now permanently delete a website from your dashboard - useful if you want a fresh start. Deleting is safe by design: you type the site name to confirm, and we tell you exactly what it means for your account first. One thing to know: your one free website generation is never restored by deleting, and generating a website beyond your free one now uses AI edits from your balance.
How to use it
- Open your dashboard and find your site card
- Click 'Delete this site' and read the summary of what will be removed
- Type the site name to confirm, then click 'Delete website'
-
New websites are no longer assembled from ready-made layouts. Our AI now designs each section of your site from scratch - a custom layout, composition, and visual story built around your business, like a design agency would. Your site stays fully editable: double-click any text to change it, or select a section and describe a redesign with the intensity slider on High to have the AI rebuild it in a completely new custom design.
How to use it
- Generate a new site (or regenerate an existing one) to get the bespoke design treatment
- Double-click any text on a custom-designed section to edit it in place
- Select a section, set the intensity slider to High, and say how you want it redesigned
-
Generated websites no longer look alike. Saynovo now designs each site around your specific business: your industry sets the style, colors, and tone; your story (24/7 service, a family business, standout work photos) decides what leads the page; and details like the header look, motion, and hero layout vary per business. You can change any of it afterwards - just say things like 'make the header glass', 'make the site livelier', or 'put the stats on the hero'.
How to use it
- Generate a new site - the design is picked for your business automatically
- In the editor, say what you want changed ('calmer', 'add texture', 'banner hero')
- Or open the design controls panel to switch motion, texture, and hero style by hand
-
If your Google Business Profile links to a website, Saynovo now reads that site when generating your new one. Your new site follows your real services, wording, and colors - and if your current site has several pages (about, services, contact), your new site gets matching pages too. Your Google profile details always win if the two disagree.
How to use it
- Make sure your Google Business Profile lists your website address
- Connect your profile and generate - Saynovo reads your site automatically
- Review the result in the editor and say anything you want changed
-
When you build a new site, you can now paste your business's Google Maps link straight into the search box - even the short link from the Share button on your phone. Search results now show photos, star ratings, and categories, so you can spot your business at a glance and click it.
How to use it
- Go to New site and choose Find your business on Google
- Paste your Google Maps link, or search by name and city
- Click your business card and hit Build my site
-
You can now upload your existing website as a .zip and we rebuild it as an editable Saynovo site, keeping your text, images and branding. It works whether your site is a simple export or built with a tool like React or WordPress, and it is free to build. We never run your files - we only read them to recreate your site.
How to use it
- Go to your dashboard and click Upload files
- Choose a .zip of your website (up to 50 MB; remove any node_modules or build folder first)
- Pick your language, click Rebuild my site, then edit it just by talking to it
-
You can now publish your website to a free saynovo.site address with one click - and take it down again whenever you want.
How to use it
- Open your site in the editor
- Click Publish free at the top
- Share the live link that appears
-
The whole platform is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, and German - dashboard, editor, and help included.
How to use it
- Click the globe icon in the top bar
- Pick your language
- Everything switches right away, and we remember your choice
-
Every account gets one free website generation - import your Google Business Profile, start from a template, or build from scratch.
How to use it
- Sign in and go to your dashboard
- Choose how you want to start
- Watch your website build itself in about a minute
-
Your website can now answer visitor questions around the clock with an AI chat that knows your business and collects leads for you.
