Sub-processors
Last updated: June 24, 2026
To provide the Saynovo service we use the third-party sub-processors below, each under a
contract that limits its use of personal data. This list is kept current; see our Data Processing Addendum and Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
| Sub-processor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Anthropic | AI generation and talk-to-edit processing of site content and edit prompts. |
| Cloudflare | Site hosting, custom hostnames, and SSL for published sites. |
| Stripe | Subscription billing and payment processing. |
| Managed Postgres host (placeholder - Neon or Supabase, to be confirmed) | Managed database hosting for account, site, and operational data. |
| Managed Redis host (placeholder - provider to be confirmed) | Job queue for generation and edit jobs. Queued jobs carry the site brief and edit prompts you submit, which may include personal data, while a job is processed. |
| GitHub | Storage of the per-tenant site repositories that back generated sites. |
| Resend | Transactional and service email delivery (sign-in links, receipts, notices). |
| Google1 | Source of the Google Business Profile data you authorize us to read to generate and maintain your site. See footnote below. |
1 Google is listed because it is named as a recipient in our Privacy Policy: when you connect your Google Business Profile, we read the profile data you authorize through Google's official sign-in. Google acts as the source of that data rather than as a processor handling your data on our instructions, so its role differs from the other entries above.
Keeping this list current
We update this page when we add or replace a sub-processor, and we give customers reasonable notice as described in our Data Processing Addendum. The managed Postgres host above is a placeholder pending our final production choice and will be updated here once confirmed.
