Saynovo hosts websites published by its customers. If you believe a site published through Saynovo infringes your rights, is unlawful, or violates our Terms of Service, you can report it here. Reports go to our trust and safety intake at [email protected].

1. What you can report

Use this page to report a site published through Saynovo that you believe:

  • infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property (including DMCA notices);
  • is unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive, or promotes illegal goods or services;
  • impersonates you, your business, or someone else, or is operated by a party who is not authorized to operate it;
  • contains malware, phishing, or other content that puts visitors at risk;
  • otherwise violates our Terms of Service or applicable law.

If your concern is about how Saynovo handles personal data, or you want to exercise a privacy right, use our Privacy Policy contact instead. If you are a Saynovo customer with an account or billing question, email [email protected].

2. How to report

Send your report using the form below, or email [email protected] directly. Either way, the more complete your report, the faster we can review it:

  • the full address (URL) of the site or page you are reporting;
  • a clear description of the problem and which category above it falls under;
  • for an intellectual-property claim, identification of the work or mark you own and the material you say infringes it;
  • your name and a contact email so we can follow up;
  • for a formal copyright (DMCA) notice, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and your electronic or physical signature.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome. Prefer email? Use [email protected] instead.

Submitting a knowingly false or bad-faith report, or a report that misrepresents that material is infringing, may have legal consequences. Please report only in good faith.

3. What happens next

We review reports we receive and, where appropriate, may remove or disable content, suspend a site, or terminate an account, consistent with our Terms of Service and applicable law. We aim to acknowledge reports within a reasonable time and may contact you for more information. We do not guarantee a specific outcome or timeframe, and review is at our discretion as permitted by law. For intellectual-property claims, we may forward your report (including your contact details) to the site operator and, where applicable, offer them an opportunity to respond.
