What is an AI edit?

An AI edit is one instruction you give your website - "change the headline to mention free estimates" or "add a section about storm damage" - that the AI applies for you. Talk-to-edit is a paid capability: Publish includes about 100 AI edits a month and Pro about 600. Allowances are approximate ("about N") because a bigger ask can count as more than one edit. Instant edits are a different lane - wording, colors, layout and photo swaps apply straight away, they are free on every plan including the free one, and they never count against an allowance.

Are AI edits free?

No. Talk-to-edit is a paid capability and it needs an active subscription: the free plan includes no AI edits at all. A monthly allowance comes with Publish ($29/mo) or Pro, and if you need more than your plan includes in a given month you can top up a one-time pack of about 100 AI edits for $30 from your dashboard. What is free is your first website (one complete generation per account, no card) and hands-on editing forever: you can change wording, colors, layout and photos yourself in the editor on the free plan, as much as you like, and publish the result on a saynovo.com link.

Is the first website really free?

Yes. Every new account gets one complete website generation free, with no credit card, on any path - from your Google Business Profile, from a template, or from scratch. You can preview it, edit it by hand, and publish it free on a saynovo.com link, where it carries a small "Made with Saynovo" badge. Paying enters the picture when you want your own domain, AI edits, or the badge swapped for a discreet "Website by Saynovo" footer credit you can switch off from your dashboard.

Do paid plans remove all Saynovo branding?

Paid plans remove the "Made with Saynovo" badge that free sites carry. In its place, your site shows a discreet one-line "Website by Saynovo" credit at the very bottom of the footer. It is on by default - that is intentional - and it is entirely your call: a switch on your dashboard site card turns it off (or back on) anytime, in one click with no support ticket, and your live site updates right away.

Do apps cost extra?

Almost none of them do. 11 of the 12 apps Saynovo ships today are included with Publish ($29/mo) and Pro at no extra charge, and 4 of those - Menu, Chat Buttons, Contact Form and AI Visibility - are included on the free plan too, alongside the reviews and FAQ sections that are part of every generated site. The one exception is Member Accounts ($9/mo per site), an optional paid add-on on top of a paid plan. It is not available to add just yet - we are still finishing the payment setup, and nothing is charged until it is. The apps that run AI for you - Site Translation, AI Live Chat and AI Automations - are included, but the work they do draws on your plan's monthly AI edits.

What does priority support include?

Priority support is a chat button in your dashboard, on Publish ($29/mo) and Pro, that reaches a real person on the Saynovo team. Messages sent that way skip the AI first-responder that picks up written support requests, and they are flagged high priority in our queue. Free accounts can still reach us in writing from the help center - what a paid plan adds is the chat and who reads it first.

What happens when I run out of AI edits?

Your site stays live and instant edits keep working - nothing breaks. You can top up about 100 more AI edits for $30 from your dashboard, or move up a plan. On Publish and Pro your monthly allowance also renews on its own at the start of each billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you like. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and cancelling does not refund or pro-rate what is left of it. After that the account moves to the free plan: your content is preserved and your site stays live on a saynovo.com link, but the "Made with Saynovo" badge comes back, and custom-domain publishing, paid apps and AI edits pause until you resubscribe. The site limit returns to 1 as well (Pro allows up to 10), so a multi-location account keeps the sites it has already built but cannot add another until it upgrades again.

What is the difference between Publish and Pro?

Pro is Publish for multiple locations: up to 10 published sites under one account and one dashboard, with about 600 AI edits per month instead of about 100. If you run one business at one location, Publish is the right plan.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Generating your first website is completely free with no card on file, whether you start from your Google Business Profile, from a template, or from scratch. You add payment details only when you choose a paid plan - for your own domain, for AI edits, or to replace the badge with a small "Website by Saynovo" footer credit you can turn off from your dashboard.

How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is 2 months free: you pay for 10 months up front and get 12. For example, Publish is $290/year instead of $348 paid monthly.

Do more website generations cost extra?

After your free first generation, generating another site (or fully regenerating one) on a paid plan draws about 10 AI edits from your monthly allowance - there is no separate fee. The free build is one per account, so building again means a paid plan.
